Return & Refund Policy

Overview

Our return & refund policy is valid for 30 calendar days after delivery date, exclusively for truck transmission pneumatic valves: A-5000 Slave Valve, K-3331 Splitter Valve & A-4740 Air Filter Regulator.

For factory defective items, buyers shall retain faulty goods and dispose of them locally after our verification, no physical product return is required to apply for refund or replacement.

Products damaged by improper installation, human error or unauthorized custom modification are non-refundable and non-replaceable.

Refunds

After buyers submit clear defect photos and our team completes qualification review within 2–3 working days, eligible refunds will be processed to the original credit card payment account within 7 business days. Customers keep defective goods for local disposal, no item shipping back needed. Original outbound shipping cost is non-refundable except confirmed factory quality defects.

Late or missing refunds

If you fail to receive refund after processing, first verify your card statement; consult your credit card provider or issuing bank for pending posting delay. Still unresolved? Email support@tritpre.com.

Sale items

Wholesale discounted bulk orders follow the same 30-day photo-verification local scrap policy as regular-priced valve products, no physical return required for eligible claims.

Exchanges

Only factory production defective valves qualify for free same-item replacement. Customers submit RMA request via support@tritpre.com with order number and detailed defect photos. Once approved, we arrange new product delivery, and the defective goods shall be scrapped locally by buyers instead of being shipped back to our warehouse. Goods returned without pre-approved RMA will not be accepted for exchange.

Shipping returns

Return shipment of defective merchandise is not required under any approved claim; buyers are obligated to discard faulty items locally after our confirmation. No return freight cost will be generated or reimbursed. We do not accept any inbound returned packages from customers.
